MD. His tireless hard work keep played a crucial role of employment of the Bangladesh, his entrepreneurship perspective has been conducive in building of the company into the respected organization that it is today.
He has completed his Master’s degree in Major Management from the University of Dhaka, where he graduated with distinction. He has been working in many reputed multinational companies for 22 years of Bangladesh. He has started knit garments business establishing Moonlux Knit Garments Limited., in 2010.
He likes to start anything from scratch level. He is uncompromised regarding ethics & honesty and his dedication, hardworking & effortless leadership is unparalleled that have taken the Moonlux Group to the different level in Garments Industries of Bangladesh.
FATEMA YESMIN NIPU is the strength behind Moonlux. She is the spouse of Md. Shamsul Alom & the backbone that strengthens & drives the growth & expansion of Moonlux. She motivates the Moonlux family to stay closely knit together, creating a conducive work environment that favours our collaborative dream of taking Moonlux to new heights of success.

He is from IT background. He has worked different reputed national, multinational Hardware & Software company in Bangladesh from 1993 to 2016. He loves to take challenge; this characteristics inspired him all the time to work in something new. He counts every second in his life. Due to this; end of 23 years successful career in 2016 He has invested his intellectual properties & experience in Garments Industries. He is very much man of dynamic and sharp visionary. His expertise in business collaboration has given us new momentum in Moonlux. His vast experience on new trend of business phenomena initially has inspired us and eventually he has established himself a trustworthy Leader in Business.
